Extensions, Orangeries and Super-structures in Burnley

This underpinning project was completed in July last year in Burnley for Calico Homes. The project involved the installation of 30 piles, making it one of the larger domestic projects, and was completed over a seven-day period.

The works were undertaken to strengthen and stabilise the existing foundations following movement caused by poor ground conditions.

The project was delivered by an experienced team who ensured all works were carried out safely, efficiently, and in full accordance with the structural engineer’s design and building control requirements.
