Extensions, Orangeries and Super-structures in Warrington

This project is a great example of a 4-inch steel case driven mini piling installation completed in Warrington last year. The scheme comprised 9.9 linear metres and six piles which was successfully completed within a single working day.

Four-inch piles are typically specified for lighter domestic structures where loading requirements are lower, but ground conditions still require a piled foundation solution.

The works were carried out with the same attention to detail and quality control as any larger project. The team ensured the installation was completed efficiently, safely, and in full accordance with the structural engineer’s design and building control requirements.
