This project was carried out for a dental practice in Rochdale in June 2024. The works involved the installation of 6-inch pile foundations and were completed over three days by a three-man team, delivering efficiently within a busy commercial setting.

Careful planning and coordination were required to minimise disruption to the existing building and neighbouring properties, ensuring safe access and a clean, controlled working environment throughout.

The project was completed on programme, demonstrating our ability to deliver efficient 6-inch piling solutions within operational commercial premises.
