Garden Centre

This project was carried out for Dewhurst Utilities as part of the installation of a new substation serving an EV charging station at a garden centre in Speke.

The works involved a deep excavation to accommodate a reinforced concrete raft foundation, which required earthing directly into the ground in line with the electrical specification.

The project was completed with the installation of a concrete floor slab, providing a secure base for the transformers to be bolted into position.

The full project was completed within one week, ready for the next phase of the electrical installation.
