New Build Plots in Preston

This project took place in Preston during October and November last year for Almond Estates. It was one of our larger domestic jobs we have taken on, starting on 29th October and finishing on 18th November, with the full programme completed in just three weeks.

The works covered four new-build plots, with a total of 171 piles installed across the site. Each plot had its own piling layout in line with the engineer’s drawings, forming the foundations for the new houses.

New-build sites of this size require good organisation and coordination, especially when working across multiple plots at the same time. The team worked efficiently to keep the programme on track while maintaining consistent quality throughout the installation.

This project highlights our ability to deliver larger domestic developments within tight timeframes, while keeping standards high and the site running smoothly.
